Mission
The New York Taxi Workers Alliance, a not-for-profit 501C3, multi-ethnic membership based organization, was founded in 1998 to transform the taxi industry, and improve working conditions for the drivers through organizing, political and media advocacy, litigation, direct legal services and access to health care.
