Mission
To provide free or low-cost comprehensive health coverage to uninsured children and certain low-income parents who cannot afford the cost of private or employer sponsored insurance.

NJ Family Care offers full health coverage thru 5 HMOs (Horizon NJ, Americhoice, Amerigroup, University Health, and HealthNet) and provides assistance in applying for health insurance.
